INDIAN DELEGATES RETURNED FROM GWANGJU ACE FAIR – 2008, SOUTH KOREA

GWANGJU ACE FAIR – 2008, held in Kimdaejung Convention Centre from 3^rd September to 7^th September, 2008 is over now. All the Indian Delegates led by Javed Rehman Khan returned to India on 8th evening from South Korea by selling their products successfully.

First time in the history of Bollywood Industry that a Bhojpuri Feature-Film – “THELA No. 501” starring Manoj Tiwari & Naghma , produced by Robert D’Mello for M/S Peter Perreira Productions was sold simultaneously by three countries – China, Japan & Pakistan for theatrical releases by filling the bag of the producer with a handsome amount.

Another movies – Zoh Entertainment’s “KASAUTI”, produced by Sabir Shaikh & Shree Sai Cine Arts’ “KARAAR”, produced by Shashi Vaidya were also applauded by M/S Beiging Dadu Sunshine Films & TV Productions, China and the business talk is being finalized.

Business of a Children Film – “CHOTOO-MOTOO”, produced by Chandra Prakash Verma & Pradeep Kumar Sain for Safe International was finalized for theatrical release in Japan, South Korea and in China by M/S Info Science Media Ltd., Hong Kong.

M. Z. Sohail of Pakistan Television Corporation has agreed to take up the matter with the ministry of Information and Culture to telecast “CHOTOO-MOTOO” in Pakistan very soon

Mr. Sohail was representing PTV at the Fair where PTV’S Music Programme of Nusrat Fateh Ali, its folk music programme mood and melody and its Documentaries on TAXLA & KALASH were at instant hit. This programme will soon be telecast in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

CHOTOO-MOTOO” is a feature-film based on senior citizen’s problems in the world with the background of their children, was written by Jagmohan Kapoor and directed by Javed Rehman Khan.

Mr. Anand Kannan of M/S Sanra Software/Acro Petal Animation, Bangalore has signed up an MOU with M/S Simavid Film, Iran for 2D Animation T.V. Serials (1000 minutes) and other proposals with another company of Iran- M/S Avin Resane Film are under consideration. The Iranian Broadcasting Corporation has also expressed willingness to co-produce animation film jointly with Iranian Studios and Acro Petal Animation.

Business Tie-up is being finalized with Vineet Rajkapoor of M/S Virtualsoft Technologies and M/S Arial System, South Korea for 4D Animation Products.

On September 4, 2008 (Opening Day) Dinner was hosted by The Government of South Korea for all Delegates.

On September 5, 2008 Dinner was hosted by Mr. Chandraprakash Verma of M/S Safe International for Indian Delegates.
